Budget Foodie Vacation Planning Blueprint
This blueprint is best for those on a moderate budget but loves food as much as the parks. While the itinerary gives plenty of time in the parks, there are many occasions where we recommend leaving the park for a meal. It is best for those who like to be in the parks and focus on snacks and quick-service during the day, but occasionally leave the park to hit the best “hidden gem” restaurants – the spots that are high quality but not as pricey as the signature restaurants. We also give multiple bar/lounge options, so foodies who like to wine and dine will appreciate this blueprint. The blueprint is also good for:
- Food focused groups who want the best dining experiences but want to avoid the price tag of the signature restaurants
- Are OK leaving the parks and skipping some nighttime shows for a meal at a resort or Disney Springs
- Are on a Regular Dining Plan or not on a dining plan
- May just want one or two meals a day and then snack throughout the day
These blueprints include both quick-service, table-service recommendations, and Snack Crawl charts. There is some focus on nighttime shows or attractions in the evening hours, but not as heavy as the Classic or Park Hopper blueprints.
This blueprint includes two days at the Magic Kingdom and one day at all other parks, as well as a bonus day blueprint for break day/resort activities and a Disney Springs Food Crawl (or a 2nd repeat park).
